First of all, I would like to thank to Gods, ALHAMDULILLAH, I still with you all. To Miss Hamimah, thanks to you because give me the support me to improve my Bel very well. You is the most dedicated lecturer I have and very patience person. Besides that, you was showed the fantastic dedication to your vocation. You worked hard to improve the passing rate. So, I also must improve myself to get the best results in final exam at 20 Apr 2011. I'm not expecting a high grade for my BEL020 because I'm not good in writing. But I'll try my best and hope I can score b for BEL020.

The Advantages And Disadvantages Usage Blog..
Bloggers are people with attitude. They say there’s a book inside everybody. Well, the Web and blogs have let the book out! There has literally been an explosion of opinion. Traditionally, public relations was about honing a silvery message that communicated exactly what the organization wanted us to hear. Now, we can hear all sorts of voices on the subject. It’s true democracy at work.
The advantages of blogs :
1. The consumer and citizen are potentially better informed and this can only
be good for the long-term health of our societies and economies.
2. Blogs have potential to help the organization develop stronger
relationships and brand loyalty with its customers, as they interact with the
‘human face’ of the organization through blogs.
3. Blogs, in an intranet environment, can be an excellent way of sharing
knowledge within the organization.
4. Blogs can be a positive way of getting feedback, and keeping your finger on
the pulse, as readers react to certain pieces, suggest story ideas, etc.
5. Blogs can build the profile of the writer, showcasing the organization as
having talent and expertise.
The disadvantages of blogs are :
1. Most people don’t have very much to say that’s interesting, and/or are
unable to write down their ideas in a compelling and clear manner.
2. I have often found that the people who have most time to write have least
to say, and the people who have most to say don’t have enough time to write it.
Thus, the real expertise within the organization lays hidden, as you get drowned
in trivia.
3. Like practically everything else on the Web, blogs are easy to start and
hard to maintain. Writing coherently is one of the most difficult and
time-consuming tasks for a human being to undertake. So, far from blogs being a
cheap strategy, they are a very expensive one, in that they eat up time. As a
result, many blogs are not updated, thus damaging rather than enhancing the
reputation of the organization.
4. Organizations are not democracies. The Web makes many organizations look
like disorganizations, with multiple tones and opinions. Contrary to what some
might think, the average customer prefers it if the organization they are about
to purchase from is at least somewhat coherent.
As an individual, I would highly recommend that we have some sort of publishing strategy, whether it be a blog,writing articles for magazines, website or whatever. This is an age where we will build our professional reputation word by word. Start off by finding something people care about and that us care about.

If I Continued My Study
In year 2008, I start to study at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Paka, Terengganu from Form One till Form Five with clean record. With satisfying result of PMR, I was selected to join Sekolah Menengah Teknik until Form Five. After my SPM, I choose to further my study at UiTM (Mara University of Technology) in Pre-Diploma of Science. I was sent to Kuala Pilah Campus, Negeri Sermbilan. I tried my best to learn the course but because this is what I want before this.
First of all, if I continue my future study here, I'm happy and I'm think that I has a lucky person because I already known this place. By studying a in this course, I'll have more knowledge than before, and its will help I to stand out from the competition. I'will then perhaps what I want to take my knowledge of my subject area even further.
Besides that, at here have a good and education lecturer that I found. Because there are have more skills and more experience to teach all of me better than lecturer at another UiTM.
Lastly, if I further my study here, I already known as a senior for new intake student.

pRePaRaTiOn FoR RoLe pLaY
Assalammualaikum.....
In my class Bel 020, my lecturer Miss Noor Hamimah Bte Abdul Kasim want all their student in PD 008 class thinks one story or drama to present in Bel 020 class in front his. This situation is called as role play. In PD 008, we have 5 groups. One group have 6 or 7 members. Members in my group as we known as Rohaniza, Mushi, Faizal, Fadhli and so on.
We only have 3 days for prepare my role play with my group members. But, when we have a some discussion what is topic to present for role play all my groups not have a good ideas for this role play. Lastly, I and Azrie was make one discussion to make a situation in our role play is are Birthday Party At 5 Star Hotel. This party for Mushi Birhtday. Azrie was wrote the dialog of all the story.
We don't have some practice. We just pray we can do the best on the day and not make my members was disappointed. But, after the presentation was done. I'm just get says Ok lah for my groups presentation.

I'm A Warrios
I'm a warrios. Come and join me in my exiting journey. One day, I went to Destini Anak Bangsa programme and I gave my advice. I would like to share my experience and knowledge with everyone. I hope that it would bring benefits to everyone. Thus, I hope the programme would motivate myself to become a good warriors. If someone asked me who was my idol, I would have said, it's Upin and Ipin. I was glad to take Upin and Ipin as my idols and inspirations. This was because they were so clever and talented kids. I really hope that, someday I have my own cartoon character too. I want my own cartoon character than can inspire everyone.
We can see than Upin and Ipin give the biggest sentimental value to all people that are proud with them.
I'm a brave warrios that love Upin and Ipin. And i hope Upin and Ipin can be brave warrios too to us. I hope that Upin and Ipin will always show positive side of them towards kids and be the idols that kids always fantasized.
Lastly, I hope one day my children will love Upin and Ipin and make them as their idols. So that, they will be a good children.
