The Advantages And Disadvantages Usage Blog..
Bloggers are people with attitude. They say there’s a book inside everybody. Well, the Web and blogs have let the book out! There has literally been an explosion of opinion. Traditionally, public relations was about honing a silvery message that communicated exactly what the organization wanted us to hear. Now, we can hear all sorts of voices on the subject. It’s true democracy at work.
The advantages of blogs :
1. The consumer and citizen are potentially better informed and this can only
be good for the long-term health of our societies and economies.
2. Blogs have potential to help the organization develop stronger
relationships and brand loyalty with its customers, as they interact with the
‘human face’ of the organization through blogs.
3. Blogs, in an intranet environment, can be an excellent way of sharing
knowledge within the organization.
4. Blogs can be a positive way of getting feedback, and keeping your finger on
the pulse, as readers react to certain pieces, suggest story ideas, etc.
5. Blogs can build the profile of the writer, showcasing the organization as
having talent and expertise.
The disadvantages of blogs are :
1. Most people don’t have very much to say that’s interesting, and/or are
unable to write down their ideas in a compelling and clear manner.
2. I have often found that the people who have most time to write have least
to say, and the people who have most to say don’t have enough time to write it.
Thus, the real expertise within the organization lays hidden, as you get drowned
in trivia.
3. Like practically everything else on the Web, blogs are easy to start and
hard to maintain. Writing coherently is one of the most difficult and
time-consuming tasks for a human being to undertake. So, far from blogs being a
cheap strategy, they are a very expensive one, in that they eat up time. As a
result, many blogs are not updated, thus damaging rather than enhancing the
reputation of the organization.
4. Organizations are not democracies. The Web makes many organizations look
like disorganizations, with multiple tones and opinions. Contrary to what some
might think, the average customer prefers it if the organization they are about
to purchase from is at least somewhat coherent.
As an individual, I would highly recommend that we have some sort of publishing strategy, whether it be a blog, writing articles for magazines, website or whatever. This is an age where we will build our professional reputation word by word. Start off by finding something people care about and that us care about.

If I Continued My Study
In year 2008, I start to study at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Paka, Terengganu from Form One till Form Five with clean record. With satisfying result of PMR, I was selected to join Sekolah Menengah Teknik until Form Five. After my SPM, I choose to further my study at UiTM (Mara University of Technology) in Pre-Diploma of Science. I was sent to Kuala Pilah Campus, Negeri Sermbilan. I tried my best to learn the course but because this is what I want before this.
First of all, if I continue my future study here, I'm happy and I'm think that I has a lucky person because I already known this place. By studying a in this course, I'll have more knowledge than before, and its will help I to stand out from the competition. I'will then perhaps what I want to take my knowledge of my subject area even further.
Besides that, at here have a good and education lecturer that I found. Because there are have more skills and more experience to teach all of me better than lecturer at another UiTM.
Lastly, if I further my study here, I already known as a senior for new intake student.

I'm a warrios. Come and join me in my exiting journey. One day, I went to Destini Anak Bangsa programme and I gave my advice. I would like to share my experience and knowledge with everyone. I hope that it would bring benefits to everyone. Thus, I hope the programme would motivate myself to become a good warriors. If someone asked me who was my idol, I would have said, it's Upin and Ipin. I was glad to take Upin and Ipin as my idols and inspirations. This was because they were so clever and talented kids. I really hope that, someday I have my own cartoon character too. I want my own cartoon character than can inspire everyone.
We can see than Upin and Ipin give the biggest sentimental value to all people that are proud with them.
I'm a brave warrios that love Upin and Ipin. And i hope Upin and Ipin can be brave warrios too to us. I hope that Upin and Ipin will always show positive side of them towards kids and be the idols that kids always fantasized.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
The characters of C.S. Lewis' timeless fantasy come to life once again in this newest installment of the "Chronicles of Narnia" series, in which the Pevensie siblings are magically transported back from England to the world of Narnia, where a thrilling, perilous new adventure and even greater test of their faith and courage awaits them.
One year after the incredible events of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," the Kings and Queens of Narnia find themselves back in that faraway wondrous realm, only to discover that more than 1300 years has passed in Narnian time. During their absence, the Golden Age of Narnia has become extinct, Narnia has been conquered by the Telmarines and is now under the control of the evil King Miraz, who rules the land without mercy.
The four children will soon meet an intriguing new character: Narnia's rightful heir to the throne. the young Prince Caspian, who has been forced into hiding as his uncle Miraz plots to kill him in order to place his own newborn son on the throne. With the help of the kindly dwarf, Trumpkin, a courageous talking mouse named Reepicheep, a badger named Trufflehunter and a black dwarf Nikabrik, the Narnians, led by the mighty knights Peter and Caspian, embark on a remarkable journey to find Aslan, rescue Narnia from Miraz's tyrannical hold, and restore magic and glory to the land.
In England, one year has passed since the Pevensie children returned from Narnia. En route to their boarding school, the London Underground station they are in collapses and the Pevensies are transported to Narnia. They discover the ruins of Cair Paravel and realize it was attacked. In the Telmarine castle, the lords of the council learn that Prince Caspian is gone. Lord Sopespian blames Miraz, but Miraz blames the Narnians and tells the lords to fight them to get Caspian back, though Miraz actually intends to kill Caspian.
The Pevensies save Trumpkin from being drowned by two Telmarines; he quickly realizes that the four children are the Kings and Queens of Old and they continue on together. On the way, Lucy glimpses Aslan and tries to convince the others that she has seen him, but only Edmund believes her.
Nikabrik and Trufflehunter lead Caspian to the Dancing Lawn, where the old Narnians have assembled. Caspian convinces them to help him win his throne so he can return their land. Caspian and the Narnians steal weapons from the Telmarines. They also encounter the Pevensies and Trumpkin; they all journey to Aslan's How, a huge barrow built over the Stone Table. Peter decides they will preemptively attack Miraz's castle. Lucy suggests waiting for Aslan to return, but Peter thinks they have waited long enough.
The Narnians raid Miraz’s castle, but Peter calls a retreat when he realizes they are being overwhelmed by Telmarine soldiers. Peter, Susan, Edmund, Caspian, and half of the Narnians manage to escape, but the rest are slaughtered. When they return to Aslan's How, Peter and Caspian argue about the attack on the castle. Back at the castle, Miraz is crowned King of Narnia.
Nikabrik, with the aid of a hag and a werewolf, tells Caspian that they can help him claim his throne and guarantee Miraz's death. However Nikabrik tricks Caspian and the hag uses black sorcery to summon Jadis, the White Witch. From inside a wall of ice, the White Witch tries to convince Caspian to free her with a drop of blood. Peter, Edmund, Lucy and Trumpkin arrive. Edmund kills the werewolf and Trumpkin stabs Nikabrik just as he is about to kill Lucy. Peter kills the hag and then, seeing Caspian being manipulated by the White Witch, knocks him down and faces the White Witch. She quickly begins convincing Peter to release her. Before he can do anything, Edmund shatters the ice, destroying the White Witch.
As Miraz and his army arrive at Aslan's How, Caspian suggests Peter and Miraz duel one-on-one under the condition of surrender, to buy Lucy and Susan time to find Aslan. Miraz agrees to the duel, not wanting to look like a coward in front of his men. The girls are spotted by Telmarine soldiers, so Susan sends Lucy off alone, remaining behind to face the soldiers. A soldier on a horse runs into her, knocking her down. She is rescued by Caspian and they return to the battle. After a fierce fight, Peter defeats Miraz, but gives his sword to Caspian to finish him off. Caspian spares Miraz's life but says that he will give Narnia back to its people.
Glozelle kills Miraz with one of Susan's arrows and accuses the Narnians of shooting Miraz, leading to a battle between the Telmarines and the Narnians, with the Telmarines gradually winning. Lucy finds Aslan in the woods and he awakens the trees. The battle turns as the trees attack the Telmarines. Lord Sopespian orders retreat to a bridge, where they are confronted by Lucy and Aslan. Aslan summons the river god, who destroys the bridge, killing Sopespian. The battle is won with the surviving Telmarine soldiers surrendering.
Before the Pevensies depart Narnia, Peter and Susan are told by Aslan that they have gained everything they could from their experiences in Narnia and will never return. Caspian invites the Telmarines to remain in Narnia if they will coexist peacefully with the Narnians; but if they wish, they can return to the human world, from whence they originally hailed. Some agree to do so, and Aslan creates a portal for them and the four Pevensies. Susan kisses Caspian, knowing they will never meet again. The Pevensies return to England, leaving Caspian as King of Narnia.

Expectation In Bel 020 Class
I'm Siti Nurfara' Ain Bt Salsabri. I am taking English 020 at UiTM Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. I'm here in course Pre-Diploma Sciences ( PD 008 ). At here, I'm in order to learn how to strengthen my writing not only for the college courses that I am taking now and will take in the future, but also for business purposes once I have my degree. Thus, my expectation for this course is to gain knowledge on how to write effectively for a majority of audiences. My expectation of the instructor of this course is to provide me with the knowledge I will need in order to write effectively both in school and in general. Feed back is always appreciated.
Strengths of my writing, in my opinion include grammatical structure and coherence. An area that I could use work in is (according to some of my instructors and in my own opinion) presenting ideas more fully instead of just generally. I am confident that taking this class will assist me in this area. Thanks to my lecture, Miss Nor Hamimah Abd Kasim because teach me knowledge about Bel subject proceed successful. And thanks to all my friends because supporting me...

The dream and vision
Almost two hundred years ago, world literature was swarming. At this period of time the publishing business began to be profitable. People had more free time and that let them spend their pastime as they liked. The best entertainment of that time may be called reading. But it was quite different reading in comparison with previous epochs because if earlier people mainly created books which could be read only by few and the topics were not very interesting for an average person. The cause of such situation is evident, it was a very expensive thing to buy and read books but the changes in the society and the development of technologies gave people a chance to change their traditional way of life. A very quick spread of printing and, consequently, the appearance of great reading audience, due to the growth of number of educated people led to the appearance of new trends and genres in literature.
The great shift that I have just described was one of the main reasons of invention of such new and a bit unusual (for the literature of that time) genre as the gothic novel. So what is it the gothic novel? It originates from folk tales, medieval romances, translations of Eastern legends enriched by various experiments of modern authors. It was traditionally treated as the reading for entertainment but very often such works had a deep philosophical sense which was probably not so obvious for large audience.
As for the structure of any gothic novel it is traditional and, to some extent, rigid. Traditionally the character of such a novel is removed from usual, familiar surrounding to some supernatural, dark and evil realm. The castles surrounded by impassable barriers that make escape practically impossible are the classic for the gothic novel. The gothic novel is a novel of mystery dealing with horrors of supernatural phenomena. Its appearance is also due to the renewal of interest to the Medieval culture. It was the reaction of the Enlightenment. The usual things in gothic novels are: ruins, frightening landscapes, haunted castles. The circumstances may vary but the corner stone of the plot remains unchangeable: a character fights against supernatural forces in abnormal situations.
Naturally, this type of novels became very interesting and popular among readers and many authors sharpened their skills in writing such works. Among the most popular authors of those days I can name Bram Stoker, Ann Radcliffe, Horace Walpole. But, to my mind, Mary Shelley and Ernest Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann are the best representatives of this genre. If we take a deeper look and compare their creative work we will find a lot of things and thoughts that are common for both writers. I would like to take “Frankenstein” by M. Shelley as the basis for comparison of her work with that of E.T.A. Hoffmann.
Firstly, I want to start from “Ritter Gluck” by E.T.A. Hoffmann. On analyzing this work we may find that M. Shelley has practically the same problems in her work. For example both Victor Frankenstein and Gluck look for their ideal but if for Frankenstein it is an ideal creature then for Gluck it is an ideal music. Also when I reread and analyze these works it seems to me that there is something in common between Gluck and an unfortunate creature of Frankenstein. Both of them are not generally accepted by people: Gluck creates music that other people do not appreciate and they avoid it and Frankenstein is a monster that only frightens people and is alone in this world as well as the musician Gluck. I think they are both alone and the only difference between them is that the isolation of Gluck is caused by his inner world, his desire to create his own not ‘very popular’ music, and the isolation of Frankenstein is caused by his outer traits, by his appearance. They are both aliens in this world and they won’t be treated as normal members of the society. And if we return to Victor Frankenstein, the creator of the monster, he reminds me the whole Berlin’s public because for him the creation of an alive being was an experiment, probably, caused by his desire to replace the God but still it was nothing more. So the creature was like a toy for him and the same happens to Gluck’s music that is accepted by public only like an amusement, one more thing that should entertain people and nothing more but it means everything for Gluck himself as well as for the creature – his birth is not a game it is his life and both of them can not change anything or, it’s better to say, they can not change themselves.
Thus, in these two works we see that the dreams of Victor Frankenstein and Gluck remains unrealized and, probably, misunderstood and they are disenchanted that is why V. Frankenstein says: “I had worked hard for nearly two years, for the sole purpose of infusing life into an inanimate body. For this I have deprived myself of rest and health. I had desired it with an ardour that far exceeded moderation; but now that I have finished, the beauty of the dream vanished, and breathless horror and disgust filled my heart.”
Next, I would like to analyze “The Sand Man” by E.T.A. Hoffmann in comparison with “Frankenstein” by M. Shelley. May be at first, it won’t be quite simple to find anything in common between these works but when we analyze them more thoroughly we will see that some parts of them are really close to each other. First of all, I think it is necessary to underline that the main characters feel guilty in terrible events that happened to their closest relatives. So Victor Frankenstein realizes that he is responsible for the death of his younger brother and his bride Elisabeth while the principal character of “The Sand Man” blames himself in the death of his own father who died when he tried to save his son from the sand man as well as Victor understands that his creature killed his relatives because of him.
One more common thing for both of these works is the role of women in them. In “The Sand Man” the mother and the nurse of the principal character inspired him to look for the creature and, to some extent, they are also guilty in the tragedy that happened when boy was waiting for the sand man. At the same time, not the least role plays a woman in “Frankenstein”. Firstly the death of Victor Frankenstein’s wife made him mad and on recovering he began to chase the creature trying to kill it. Also we mustn’t forget that the monster demanded a mate for himself, a woman in order not to be alone in the world and the refuse of the scientist to create it provoked the revenge of the creature that ended only with the death of Frankenstein that meant the lost of last hope and the eternal solitude of the monster: “He is dead who called me into being; and when I shall be no more the very remembrance of us both will speedily vanish. I shall no longer see the sun or stars, or feel the wind play on my cheeks. Light, feeling, and sense will pass away; and in this condition must I find my happiness.”
